[WriteLog] Pa QSO Party

I don't see anywhere in the Pennsylvania QSO party rules where or how to
submit email logs. Anyone know if email logs are acceptable ? Or, even
electronic logs on floppies, for that matter. The rules seem to refer to
paper logs, complete with dupe sheets only. If floppies are OK, what
format - ARRL, ADIF  ????

Perhaps Nittany ARC members subscribe to Writelog reflector and can answer
this.
