[WriteLog] CW Decoder

I'm trying to get the CW decoder to work on my Writelog software.

I've got the cable connected to my radio's speaker output running to my
computer's line input jack.

When CW Decoder is slected the window pops-up asking if I want the
decoder started.

When I click on that, the cursor changes to a small rectangle and a
small window opens up, but nothing is displayed even though the radio is
receiving a CW QSO.
