[WriteLog] Network Newbie Question

Help Needed:

I am trying to network Writelog on 2 Win XP machines connected via a US 
Robotics Router.
File sharing across the net works perfectly, and although I believe I have 
followed the instructions correctly, Writelog does not appear to be 
communicating at all.
Anyone out there with Writelog/XP/Router/networking success stories to tell?
