[WriteLog] Use of friends.ini file

I'm curious to know how this file/database is used. I don't 
see it anywhere in the documentation.

During SS last weekend, I got a lot of "thanks, Eric" calls 
from stations I don't know... obviously, the information came 
from this sort of file. 

In WL, how does this work? What would be cool, especially for 
us low- rate little pistol types, would be a field in the QSO 
entry window where that name would pop up. 

Or is it there already?
