[WriteLog] Telnet and Windows XP upgrade

Just upgraded my computer to one with XP system. I had the telnet 
monitoring function working before on the old computer but now when I 
open the window from the menu I am not prompted for the Telnet site. In 
fact I just don't see anything other than a blank window with no spots 
arriving.

Any ideas??
