[WriteLog] F Key lock-up on CW, NEtworked, V10.36

When running networked, I now get occasional loss of function of the F keys,
as in they do nothing rather than send CW. Hitting Escape clears the problem
for a few mins, then it happens again.  Without networking, the problem is
not there.  I believe this started with V10.36.  ANyone else experiencing
this?
