Hi,
Been playing with the CW part of the PACC contest and %3 in the message
buffers is allowing two long zeros instead of the "T" I used to get.
Version is 10.39
I dug around in Help and the K9JY site and saw that I didn't have [cut
numbers] in the ini file. I put it in and made 0=T, but this doesn't help
either.
In need of suggestions.
