[WriteLog] TO1A and /MM stations

Thanks to Larry, Steve, and David...

So, we have no fix or workaround for /MM scoring, right?

Now, another annoying oddity I noted...

The spot window lists W/VE spots as multipliers, which of course they are
not for us here in North America.  Can WritleLog filter those out? -- Frank
