I am doing some font design work for use in WriteLog, with promising initial
results. But I've run up against some limitations
which require a professional-grade font editor such as Font Lab 4.5.
Unfortunately a new license for this software (or other
equivalent packages) is a hefty $500! I'm reluctant to make that kind of
investment for a project which is probably a one-off
activity!
Does anyone have access to a licensed Font Lab 4.5 (or equivalent) that they
would be willing to sell? Think creatively: maybe a
license exists in the marketing department of your employer which someone once
used in development a webpage, for example.
