[WriteLog] Wrong country problem

HI!

during my effort in WPX SSB I worked TO3M and WL logged it as Turkey, but 
without qso score.

I added this special call in WL-CTY.dat file under FM (MArtinique), then I 
checked if TO prefix had been wrongly assigned to TA and it wasn't.

When I reload the contest file WL keeps TO3M again as Turkey.

So, where am I wrong?
