[WriteLog] NEQP module

I'm using N9OH's NEQP module with WriteLog. The file name is 
NGQP_WL_1.0.0.9.exe, got it from his web site today.

But the dupe function isn't working. If I enter a call in the entry 
window that I have already worked on that band, I'm not flagged that's 
it's a dupe, but rather I get the message in green that it's a new 
station. No green or red in the super partial check window either for 
previously worked stations.

WriteLog 10.40J, Windows XP Pro.

Any ideas as to what's wrong?
