[WriteLog] Problems with sound board

Hello Everybody,
    I can not use the sound board for recording/playing with WL (10.40J) and
Windows 2000...
If I try to enable the sound options in Tools I receive this error message
dialog: "Failed to start recording loop. Is the sound board in use?"
If I try to play some QSO, I have no errors but nothing is heard...
No other program that uses the sound board is active and I can play the WAV
files with all the players (Media Player, Real Player and Winamp)
Last thing: DVK is set to NONE.
Any help?
