[WriteLog] WPX-CW scoring problem

I am using WL 10.40j after a complete reinstall of Windows98 and
WriteLog.
I used WL in the WPX-CW this past weekend. I observed that it did not
score KG6DX (in Guam) as a DX multiplier (i.e. a 3-pointer) - it scored
it as a U.S. mult (a 1-pointer). Have others observed this? What do I
need to do to correct this?
