[WriteLog] DL-DX RTTY

Hi guys,

I have just uploaded a new module for the DL-DX RTTY Contest
to www.dl1efd.de. 

This has been tested by the contest sponsors, but as this is
my first RTTY module and I am not a RTTY contester please
make sure everything is working for you BEFORE the contest
in July.
