[WriteLog] LPT selection

Originally, LPT3 was used for cw and ptt.  Now, LPT2 is the port of choice.  
I change and save the LPT2 selection in Setup, yet when I close WL and return 
to WL, it automatically comes up with LPT3 [evidently the default port].  What 
change to the writelog.ini is needed to make LPT2 the default port.
