[WriteLog] send call on F3 if call was updated since last sent

I have been using PED to brush up my CW skills a bit for FD and it has that 
neat feature that I am trying to implement in WL:

If I have edited the stations call sign since last sent and I hit F3 (TU de...) 
it actually sents the corrected call sign. I am sure you know what  I mean.

How can I program F3 to do this?
