[WriteLog] Two sound cards with writelog

Thanks to Ric KV1W for the answer about how to address more than one
sound card in writelog.

You will need to add the following entry in the writlog.ini file 

SoundBoardIndex=0  (change the 0 to a 1 to use the other sound card)

[Configuration]
DataFiles=c:\ham\programs\
WaveFileLocation=C:\ham\WaveFiles\
SoundBoardIndex=1 
RecordingLocation=d:\AudioRecording\
