[WriteLog] LPT CW Doesn't Work

I've used LPT3 for cw keyinmg with Writelog and DX4Win.

For some reason, it stopped working with WL, but works fine with 
DX4Win.

Both run off LPT3 and Win98SE

I've checked the set-up but am stumped.

Any help is appreciated.
