[WriteLog] IOTA Refs - Help

I've got a problem with the IOTA refs, Most of my IOTA refs have changed 
example from AF046 to AF-06, EU120 to EU-10, totally weird. I was going to 
have a bash at the 12hour mix mode section but I have spent most of the 
time trying to change the references back.
Anyone any suggestions on this please so I can carry on?
