[WriteLog] New master and friend files.

Someone asked for an approximate number of calls in the new files. At
present, there are
11,658 calls+name in the friend.ini file, and I'm just starting to
create the master.
They will be mailed to Don before noon tomorrow, hopefully sooner, but
I have to take a break soon.

My tongue is asleep and my teeth itch.

I gotta get a life.
