I am organizing a Worked All Pinellas Zip Codes contest (more info at
www.pert.org - WAPZ link) and wanted to develop a contest module for it. I
am a pretty good developer and am willing to lay some code if needed but
wanted to see if there was a county zip code type contest module already. If
not can someone point me to what I need to develop a custom contest module,
maybe even some source code to get me started?
