Try setting the font in Notebook to Courier. It sounds like you are not
using a monospaced font.

I just purchased version 10.42. Great program, but when I look at my
Cabrillo report, the calls and signal/zone of the DX stations are not
straight, but weave up and down the log as you proceed through it. It is in
Notepad text. Can someone tell me how I might correct this? Is there a
