[WriteLog] Attention AD1C - Zone problems

I had a bunch of Russians the default zone was blank. I believe they 
were all Z 17 stations.

UX9SX defaulted to Z 16, though he said he's in 17, and I confirmed 
17 with him, just to be sure.
