[WriteLog] A Call for more TARA RTTY Logs

So far I've received 19 TARA logs to be used to update the RTTY Callsign
Database.

I need more.  If you haven't done so already, please send me your 2003 TARA
RTTY Melee log in Cabrillo form.

Thanks to those that have already sent me their log.

I will put out an updated file before the OK RTTY Contest next weekend.
