Hi Dean,
If I recall correctly you send your state/province but receive a serial
number from the DX. That presents no problem as your message will be for
sending and you record what you receive.

Hello all,
This weekends ARRL Roundup rules:
4. Exchange:
4.1. United States: Signal report and State.
4.2. Canada: Signal report and Province.
4.3. DX: Signal report and consecutive serial number, starting with 001.
I'm having trouble with the idea of reporting a serial number to DX stations
but not to US/Canada stations.
Any ideas on how to make this happen in WL Message buffers or ????
or should I just Let WL hand out a serial number to all stations?
