[WriteLog] XE1YJL IN RR AS EMX

I worked XE1YJL in the Rtty Roundup on Jan 03 at 2152Z. He gave me an exchange 
of 599 EMX, not a serial number. He repeated the exchange and it was EMX. Is 
this a valid exchange or possibly a typo times 2? The other Mexican stations 
gave serial numbers.
