* Support GetCurrentOperator and GetRates automation.
* Don't prevent logging a QSO if CALL is REQUIRED.
* Add menu entry to lock docked windows.
* Bring back File Merge
* Add support for EUSP contest.
* Automatically fill in Entry Window from BandMap when tuning. Clear
Entry Window when tuning away from a frequency. Modify these
features using the [ENTRY] section.
* Add menu entries to tune to next BandMap entries up/down the band.
* Update ARRL 160M Cabrillo to output ARRL section left justified.
* On MK-1100 keyer, the headphones set to the rig with keyboard focus
on a SHIFT+UP/DOWN.
* Fix problem with Show Multiplier window saving and restoring
off-screen positions.
* Return to 0.0KHz (F12) Clears the entry window.
* The Check Call window color codes by needed and worked, and the
colors can be customized in the [CORREL] section. The "mult needed" message
is spelled out.
* Add %O (RIT clear), %L (log the QSO), and %W (wipe the Entry Window)
commands to CW/RTTY/SSB messages.
* Starting a CQ on the second radio with Auto Resume turned on works
and becomes alternating CQ's on two radios.
* HOME key now returns the focus to the Entry Window along with its
original function. HOME no longer scrolls the log to the top when focused on

* A conversion program is installed to switch use of WRITELOG.INI over
to the registry.
