I am in the same situation, I export ADIF files from Writelog
and import them to Logger.

I did the same thing, but I had only 115 QSOs, so it was not
a problem.

If you look into the ADIF file produced by Writelog, you shall
discover that in the ARRL contest it saves the State as:

<QTH:2>DE
<QTH:2>MD
<QTH:2>MI

etc.

So you can rename the "QTX:2" to "WAS:2" or whatever your logging
program expects.
