Thanks to Bob, W5GN, for providing the clue to the answer.

Had to set the rig to 9600 and WL to 9600. Works with IC-PW1 plugged into the
CT-17 OK too.

I'll be SO1R in BARTG part time to give this combo a whirl.

Subject: [WriteLog] Need help with WL control of '775

Just hooked up the '775 and IC-PW1 with a CT-17 and WriteLog.

WriteLog reads the frequency fine and mode fine.

However, when I type a frequency in the Entry Window or double-click the mouse
on a packet spot, the radio does not go to the other frequency. The bandmap
temporarily displays the frequency I'm trying to go to then reverts back to the
original frequency. The radio never QSY's.

Any help would be appreciated.

Kind of cool to have auto band switching with the IC-PW1 but it's worthless if I
can't get the radio to change frequency with commands from WriteLog.

Thanks,
Don AA5AU
