A quick update: the first namedmul.ini was bad, and didn't recognize
Evinkiya (EV). New new one should be good. Try entering a test QSO with
UA0HA.
Also, Internet Explorer doesn't seem to want to download the .ini file
directly. Write me if you have trouble accessing these, and I'll reply
with an attachment.

1) Be sure you save your original files.
2) Run "Convert CTY to Writelog", and click "convert alternate prefix
database"
3) select cty_rus.dat
4) Once the update completes, you can test it by entering R3MA, which
should ID as YR. Also, if you bring up the mult window, you should see
the new abbreviations (YR, YN, EV, SH, & KY), instead of the old ones (JA,
JN, EW, YA, KJ).

Short notice isn't it? How do we get this done in time for the contest
tomorrow?
Is there someone who can help out with this?
Bob,
I agree. There should be an up-to-date version of cty_rus.dat available to
download. I searched on Google, but no joy.
