I just paid for an upgrade, downloaded the zip file and tried to install it.
I did not get a registration code when I paid (I do have a receipt for
payment). When trying to unzip the file, I get an error: Setup is unable to
find _Setup.dll to complete the installation. Error 103.
Operating system is Win2000Pro and my current version works fine. However I
need to upgrade to add in the NEQP module which is currently an ongoing
contest this weekend.
Can anyone help me with this problem?
