My last question on this matter must have been poorly written, so I will try
again. I am using WriteLog in the General DXCC mode and, of course, it works
great except for one agonizing problem. The setup is configured for rig control
for my FT-1000D and I am telnetting for packet spots. If I am operating RTTY
and click on a packet spot for a station on 14085, the spot goes to the entry
window and the rig is switched to CW. It matters not that the spot said RTTY
in the Remarks field. Is there a way for WriteLog to recognize a 14085 spot as
a RTTY spot and not switch the radio to CW? I haven't found anything specific
about this question in the manual, and I will gladly admit that I am fully
