Ed sent me this for how Norton's firewall works for those having issues with
WriteLog Telnet. Sounds like you need to trigger Norton to go through the
software list again.

The Norton Firewall works this way. After installation, it scans your
entire disk and then displays a list of those programs it's found
which have Internet access. And you are really going to be surprised
at what you find. Typically, you'll find between 40 and 50.
You then have the option to go through the list and tell the firewall
to either ask,
allow, or reject any attempts for these programs to access the
internet.
