[WriteLog] WAE and WL

It's been several years since I operated WAE with WL (CW).  Besides 
the F-key message buffers, is there anything contest-specific I need 
to configure for this one, such as QTC-related stuff?  I just 
installed 10.48, upgrading from 10.41.
