I wanted to log shorter off-times manually in WL for CQP. The help file
says:
To manually enter off time for a contest, you don't use this dialog box.
Just scroll to the QSO where you want to show a time off, and click in the
column labelled "TIME-OFF". Type in the starting and ending times of the off
period in UTC.
I couldn't find this column and can't see how to create it.
