Under Multipliers...it says NO MULTIPLIERS
BUT
under qso points it says
for a qso on 40 meters, multiply the 'points per kilometer' with a factor of 1.5
on 80 meters, multiple with a factor of 2.0    unless your inside the same 
square

I haven't tested the scoring...is that what you did???
