[WriteLog] Writelog - Telnet, No Packet data

Telnet is working.

Writelog is working.

Used setup procedure described by WA9ALS to marry Writelog to 
Telnet.

Checked Register per AA5AU instructions. Had incorrect location of 
DXT2WL. Made correction and double checked. Now OK.

Is there any harm running DXT2WL.exe more than once?

Be pleased for any tips.
