[WriteLog] Only 82 characters for ssb .wav file messages

ARRRGGGHHH!!!  Unless I have the wrong switch thrown here somewhere, the 
SSB message field lines will only accept 82 characters.

For unique lengthy combinations of .wav files, I've run out of room ;-(

My previous suggestion was to w-i--d--e----n  the dialog box to eliminate 
having to scroll so much inside the fields when programming exchanges, so 
hope that is on the "Wish List".
