[WriteLog] CT Compatible

I included the CT compatibility line in Writelog.ini and I do get the cq
message with F1.  But F11 doesn't wipe the current qso-it also transmits cq.
Not a big problem, but I wonder if anyone can tell me how to fix this?  I am
running the 10.50.
