[WriteLog] Hello from KE1F

I am using 10.46G. At the moment, I have no justification to upgrade.

I worked TO4A and Dave, N2NL/MM in Zone 7.

My version of WL is not scoring TO4A (giving zero point, no country 
multiplier). In case of N2NL, I receive no point for the QSO.

What do I have to do to get credit?
