[WriteLog] Print Log with mode

When I print my MNQP log, the mode is not included as one of the fields. 
How do I print my log, so I can see the mode used for each QSO?

This is also an issue with other multi-mode contests, such as Field Day, 
IARU, Ten meter, etc.
