[WriteLog] Friend.ini

I am trying to setup WriteLog to use the friend.ini file. I have the 
Friend.ini file in the
Programs folder and I have the %H  in the desired messages. As I recall 
there is
another .ini file that I need to modify to finish the setup. Which file 
would that be
and what is the modification needed?
