[WriteLog] BandlMap behavior

I noticed this evening that my bandmaps do not display the Orange line that
shows frequency limits for the various bands. Investigating a bit I see that
there is no copy of EditBands.exe on my machine. I don't think this as it
should be. Any ideas out there?
