MMTTY Upgrade

I haven't seen this posted before.  There is an upgrade for  MMTTY to 
Ver 1.65D as of March 10,2005.

What's new per web
- Added a gateway to Turbo Hamlog/Win version 5 (Tnx to JG1MOU)
- Fixed minor bugs
- Fixed problem in setting path to MMTTY in program shortcuts.
