[WriteLog] MK-1100

Installed new 1100 and have the serial interface working fire, can increment cw 
speeds and switch headphone audio from one radio to the next.  Relays are 
working.
Looking at the cw ports (l/r) and specifically at the tip and ring as well as 
pin 17 on the parallel connector, I cannot get any cw when generated by the pc 
using control K.
any ideas?
