Hi Michael,

I have been setting up our station today to do exactly this !

Both computer screens will log the callsigns, on one station an "A" is
assigned after each QSO (on the far right of the screen after the ZM, CM and
pts) , the other station will have "B" assigned.

I take it you already have the network connected (under Setup > register to
accept network connection and then > Link to network).

Following on from this under the Radio tab > this radio is Run A radio and
on the opposite station do exactly the same as the line above but select >
this radio is Mult B radio.

Press ALT-G and type something (ie network chat) and see if it comes up on
the opposite pc. (This is a quick way to check if the network is running ok)

Then type some dummy calls on each and look to see if the calls come up
together with their associated A&B annotation.

Finally, before you start the contest, go to Tools > parameter setup and
enter your zone (for CQWW SSB or whatever contest you intend entering) - I
sometimes forget this duh !!!

It is pretty straightforward to setup (this is what I love about Writelog
!!) and went together a treat without resorting to the help.

I hope this quick crib will help you and others that are looking for an
answer !!

If you need further help then let me know and if you hear me on as G6M then
please give me a shout this weekend :-)

Best wishes,

Steve G4KIV/ZC4BS
