[WriteLog] Cut-Numbers Section in WriteLog.INI

The Help file says that I must add the [CUT-NUMBERS] section  to WriteLog.INI 
in order to get the cut-numbers used when the "N" parameter  is used in the 
CW/RTTY/SSB Memory Setup. 
 
Where would this section go in the INI file and what is the  format for the 
section?  WriteLog 10.55D is the version I  have.
