[WriteLog] What is URL to latest full-version of WL?

My computer recently crashed and I need to re-install Writelog. 

I have emailed Ron a couple of times requesting the current URL to the latest 
full-download of Writelog, but have not gotten any replies from him. 

Anyone have a clue what the URL is for the full-download (not the upgrade 
version)?
