[WriteLog] Writelog and dlportio

Writelog will access the LPT port on my XP machine via UserPort or Direct I/O, 
but not with dlportio.

I want to use dlportio, because I have N1MM Logger on the same machine, and it 
wants only dlportio.

What is the trick to getting dlportio working with Writelog?
