Oh to healthy, wealthy and wise!  Thanks to all who replied about my
"problem".  Since I use a laptop for my station PC I am stuck with only one
video card and a desk surface area too small to support two monitors anyway.
I just acquired a 19" LCD monitor so I'll have to see if I can find a way to
scrunch the VE7CC window down so I can kepp it open on the desktop and
monitor the raw spots as they arrive.  Thanks again.
